Unique to Imperial Capital is its large base of high net worth, value-adding individual investors. This base is comprised of successful entrepreneurs, chairmen and CEOs, and other leaders in their respective fields. It is, in part, through this network that Imperial Capital has been able to:
source acquisitions on a proprietary basis, both as platforms and follow-ons;
attract board members with industry relevant experience;
assess the merits of businesses available for acquisition;
create a plan to add value to acquired businesses; and
provide expertise to portfolio company management teams.
We also have institutional investors which, in addition to participating in our funds, can provide us with co-investment funds to pursue larger acquisitions that meet our Investment Criteria.
