Mr. Abraham joined Imperial Capital in January, 2007. He is responsible for industry research, due diligence and transaction execution. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Abraham spent eight years with accounting firm RSM Richter, most recently as a manager in the corporate finance department. He is experienced in managing divestitures, acquisitions and financings in both going-concern and distressed business environments and has exposure to a wide breadth of industries.
He received his BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University in 1998. He received his Chartered Accountant designation in 2001 and his Chartered Business Valuator designation in 2006. |
