Jeffrey Rosenthal, MBA
Jeffrey Rosenthal is a Managing Partner of Imperial Capital Group, which he cofounded in 1989. Mr. Rosenthal co-led the formation of Imperial Capital Acquisition Funds I, II, III, and IV, and the resulting acquisition of a number of successful portfolio companies. He has been integrally involved in the oversight and growth of these businesses, leading or co-leading follow-on acquisitions and arranging both private and public debt and equity financings.
He is currently a director of Schulman Associates Institutional Review Board, Inc. (Ohio) and AIM Health Group Inc., and past director of Associated Freezers Corporation, Pacific Coast Publishing Inc.; E.D. Smith & Sons, Limited, and Stanley Technology Group Inc. Mr. Rosenthal received his B.A. degree with majors in Commerce and Economics from the University of Toronto in 1984 and his M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from the Schulich School of Business at York University in 1988. Mr. Rosenthal currently serves as a member of the board of the Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association. He is a member of the board of the Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation and the Canadian Shaare Zedek Medical Centre Foundation. Mr. Rosenthal is immediate Past co-Chair of the Toronto United Jewish Appeal Campaign 2011.
He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, the Ticker Club, Cambridge Club, and the Oakdale Golf & Country Club.
