Karen Carr, BA

Karen Carr joined Imperial Capital in 1995 and has served as Vice President, Finance and Administration since 2000. She has managed the accounting, treasury, reporting and administrative functions for Imperial Capital including the administration of Acquisition Fund II and Fund III. She has participated in both the acquisition of, and the liquidity events relating to, portfolio companies and oversees the corporate administrative relationships with investors.

Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Mrs. Carr provided accounting consultancy services to a number of companies. From 1986 to 1992, she was with Denison Mines Limited. For her final two years there, she managed the short-term investment portfolio and foreign exchange as the Treasury Analyst for Denison and two other companies.

Ms. Carr received her BA from Queen’s University in 1986.
