Shrikesh Majithia, Associate

Shrikesh Majithia joined Imperial Capital in May 2010 after having spent three years in PricewaterhouseCoopers' (PwC) Transaction Services practice advising both buy-side and sell-side clients on mergers and acquisitions. During that time, he gained specialized industry experience in both the automotive and insurance sectors. Mr. Majithia’s deal experience ranges from family-operated businesses to billion-dollar, multi-national corporations. He also worked with PwC’s Capital Markets Group on multiple deals including the court-appointed divestiture of assets of one of Canada's largest telecommunication companies.

Mr. Majithia received his Bachelors degree in Commerce and Economics from the University of Toronto in 2005 and was awarded the University’s Accounting Scholarship in his fourth year of studies. He received his CA designation in 2008.

Mr. Majithia is also actively involved within the community; he has been a Big Brother through Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Toronto since 2006 and is an annual volunteer at the Canadian Cancer Society's "Relay for Life".
