CEO Partner Roles & Responsibilities:
Potential chairman or Board of Directors member;
Executive in charge of a buy and build strategy in a specific industry sector;
Assessing acquisition opportunities;
Mining industry relationships to find an acquisition opportunity; and
Potential interim CEO candidate for companies requiring a change in management or as part of a succession strategy.
CEO Partner Qualifications:
Previous senior executive experience with income statement responsibility for a company generating revenues in excess of $100 million;
Proven track record of acquisition and integration experience;
Strong, deep industry network;
Persistence and perseverance;
Ability to critically assess strategy and develop long-term strategic plans; and
Ethical, principle-centered leadership.
CEO Partner Compensation:
Compensation depends on the nature of the role, the level of experience, the size and number of opportunities within the industry niche and the level of dedication of the CEO Partner to the industry initiative. CEO Partner incentive programs include the following components:
Cash compensation;
Equity incentives; and
Co-investment opportunities
