Structured and Integrated Value Creation Process
We believe that each of our portfolio companies must approach value creation in a structured and integrated manner. Hence, we institute a closed-loop strategic management system in each of our portfolio companies to ensure the strategic plan is driving the financial goals, the operating and capital budgets, the management incentive system, the Board of Directors’ agenda, and the financial reporting system, all in a closed feedback loop to ensure success builds on success.
