Investment Strategy
Imperial Capital’s investment process begins with thorough research and analysis of each targeted industry. This is done in tandem with the CEO Partner to develop a compelling vision and strategy that forms the investment thesis.
It is our strategy to then seek out suitable companies with above average profitability in each carefully selected industry niche. Once identified, an extensive due diligence investigation of the company is carried out that focuses on risk assessment and the development of a value creation plan. Investments are structured to ensure that each acquired company has the necessary resources to grow. We then assist management in facilitating an acceleration of the company’s growth and profitability. The final component of this process is the selection of an optimal liquidity event that maximizes value for our stakeholders.
