Generating successful returns requires more than selecting attractive industry niches. Imperial Capital has determined that partnering with an industry-leading executive is equally important. For this reason, we have created our CEO Partner Program, a key component of our Knowledge-Based Investing initiative. Our CEO Partner Program attracts senior executives who are seeking to create equity value by applying their industry expertise through a partnership with Imperial Capital.

The CEO Partner Program ensures that there is a successful CEO Partner for each targeted industry niche and resulting investments. Imperial Capital, through its own research, networks, and relationships with executive recruitment firms, is able to access highly experienced senior executives that know the targeted industry intimately. Our CEO Partners can either be full-time or part-time depending on the industry sector and the CEO Partner’s interest and expertise.
