Imperial Capital is pleased to announce that Chad Royer has been promoted to Partner.
Chad joined Imperial in February 2017 as a Senior Associate. Through his time at Imperial, Chad has become a key deal team member helping to guide two portfolio companies, Vetstrategy and AmeriVet Veterinary Partners, both of which are amongst the largest transactions in Imperial’s history. Chad is currently leading Cultivate Behavioral Health and Education and Hera Women’s Health.
Also promoted is Yaasir Dayani to Senior Associate.
Yaasir joined Imperial Capital as an Analyst in January 2021. He has been a diligent member of our deal team, most recently working on GO Car Wash and Hera Women’s Health.
