Imperial Capital is pleased to announce that Josh Kochen has been promoted to Principal.
Josh is a diligent member of the deal team and has been instrumental in launching GO Car Wash and Fortis Fire & Safety. Josh joined Imperial in July 2017 from Alignvest Management Corporation, where he was an Associate and, prior to that, at RBC Capital Markets where he was an Investment Banking Associate within the Mergers & Acquisitions group.
Also promoted are Emma Herron to Senior Associate and Raj Patel to Associate.
