Imperial Capital is pleased to announce that Lauren Ivanoff has been promoted to Associate. Since joining Imperial Capital as an Analyst in May 2023, she has made a significant impact, dedicating her time to Integral and Cultivate while also contributing to various initiatives, including the Motivates and Promark auction process. Lauren played a pivotal role on the Integral team, supporting all aspects of the portfolio company’s growth.
We are also pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Wong to the role of Senior Manager, Value Creation (Finance). Since joining Imperial Capital in May 2022, he has played a key role in several capital raises and exit processes. More recently, Chris has been instrumental in enhancing finance and accounting practices at Matrix, Skyline, and Fortis.
