Toronto (March 1, 2021) – Imperial Capital Group Ltd. is pleased to announce that Eugene Polevoy has joined the company as a Principal.
Mr. Polevoy brings more than 6 years of direct PE experience and comes to us most recently from ONCAP (Onex Corporation's Middle Market Private Equity Fund), where he was a Director. Prior to joining ONCAP, Eugene was with BMO Capital Markets as an Investment Banking Associate in their Mergers & Acquisitions group.
Eugene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from York University, a Juris Doctor with a Concentration in Corporate and Securities Law from Western Law and a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.
