Imperial Capital launches Birch Medical Spas

Imperial Capital is pleased to announce the launch of its fourth platform investment for Fund VIII with the founding of Birch Medical Spas, the nation’s newest medical spa company. Birch will partner with leading medical spa business owners in the U.S. The company announced its inaugural partnership with Elase Medical Spas in October 2022, the largest medical spa in Utah.
