Work Experience

Nick is currently a Principal at Imperial Capital and has been working on Elase Medical Spas and Frontier Service Partners. Nick joined Imperial in 2022 from ONCAP (Onex Corporation's Middle Market Private Equity Fund), where he was a Director. Prior to ONCAP, Nick was with BMO Capital Markets as an Investment Banking Associate in their Mergers & Acquisitions group.

Education

Nick received his joint Juris Doctor/Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McGill University.

Personal Life

• Married, with a dog (that is treated like a child)
• Part Swedish, Japanese and Hungarian
• Enjoys travel and golf, ideally at the same time
