Work Experience

Martin is currently Principal, Value Creation at Imperial Capital and works with the deal team and portfolio company management teams to develop value creation initiatives. Martin joined Imperial in 2022 from Bain & Company where most recently he was an Associate Partner.

Education

Martin obtained his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, Tepper School of Business and his Bachelor of Science – Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
