Work Experience

Phill is currently Director, Value Creation at Imperial Capital and works with the deal team and portfolio company management teams to develop value creation initiatives. Phill joined Imperial in 2025 from Bain & Company.

Education

Phill completed his dual Bachelor degrees in Engineering Science and Management and Organizational Studies at Western University. He also earned his MBA from the Ivey School of Business.

Personal Life

• Avid sports fan (hockey, baseball, golf, football)
• Enjoys any activity that is outdoors
• Board member at the Canadian Paralympic Committee
