Work Experience

Chris is currently Director, Value Creation at Imperial Capital and works with the deal team and portfolio company management teams to develop value creation initiatives. Chris joined Imperial in 2026 from Kelso & Company, where he was a member of the portfolio operations team. Prior to Kelso, he worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and L.E.K. Consulting, and held operational roles within Target's corporate organization.

Education

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Oklahoma City University and completed his MBA at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Personal Life
