Kelsey is currently Director, Value Creation at Imperial Capital and works with the deal team and portfolio company management teams to develop value creation initiatives. Kelsey joined Imperial in 2026 from Bain & Company.

Education

Kelsey completed her undergraduate degree at Western before heading to London Business School for her MBA, and has built her career in strategy consulting on both sides of the Atlantic.

Personal Life

• Married to a Kiwi and is a proud mom to twin boys
• Has lived across six countries, from Bangkok to London
